If you work in ISO2HANDLE as a maintainer, you can use the editors (Template Editor and Form Editor), create templates, steps and forms. When you do this, you are automatically the author of these datasets.

By default, this means that only you can change and/or delete these datasets. You can see in the editors who the author of a dataset is:

In the step:


And in the form:


By default, these rights are set to ensure that other authors do not accidentally edit your datasets.

As an author, you can change the author and make someone else author of your template, step or form.

So you can also have a template of person A, with for example 10 steps where person A is the author of 5 steps and person B is the author of the other 5 steps.

If you want to disable this copyright protection and ensure that every maintainer can adjust any dataset, please contact us. Then we can turn off this security.
