Causes

This means that the form contains a dependency that goes nowhere. This is an error made by the creator of the form.

Solution

Look in the form editor at the fields with a blue background. These fields contain dependencys. If you edit these fields, you can see if the field happens to have an empty dependency. Like this one:

Remove the dependency or connect the dependency to a form to resolve the problem.

Causes

This means that the current form is trying to retrieve another form because it has a dependency to it. This can be anStandard dependencyIt can also be aManual formare. This underlying form cannot be found in the current environment.

This may mean that the form has been deleted, it can also mean that it has never been imported because it is not in theImported Manualsat.

Solution

The form required is not present in the area. This can have two causes.

  • Whether the form has been removed, in which case you want to re-import it from yourAuthors environment.
  • Or the form has never been imported. In which case you want to re-import it from youAuthors environment.

To do this, copy the ID that is in the notification. In this case, this is56cb37b6bcc95a400102a998. You open your author environment and go to the form editor. Here you put the first filteropAll formsAnd stick in the idSelect form.


This way you can immediately see which form it concerns. In this case, it is about formOverview Delivery.

In the main menu, go to theManual synchroniserand download this form inExportForms.

Import the form into the customer environment after which the form is back and the issue is resolved.

If you cannot find the form in your author environment, please contact us, we can always request a backup for you to remove the form from there.
