In ISO2HANDLE you can create and use all kinds of datasets. For example, you can create a manual with pages, upload forms, files and add process flows.
But how do you find the right form very quickly? With the search bar at the top of your environment.
Search
As soon as you click on this and what types, the search starts:
By default, the search function searches by:
- Steps: and of this:
- The Titles
- The description
- Step versions: and of this:
- The Titles
- The description
- The content of the latest published version
- The custom property values
- Forms: and of this:
- The title
- The custom property values
- Process flows: and of this:
- The title
- Charts: and of this:
- The title
- Files: and of this:
- The Titles
- The custom property values
- Users: and of this
- The name
Once results are found, you can click here to go directly to the result.
When you search normally, it returns a maximum number of results calculated across all 7 groups.
Zoom in on a group
When you click on a group on the left, it searches again, but only for datasets in that group. This allows you to see many more results that emerge in that specific group.
Search previews
Once you have found results and hovered over them, you will see the "Show Details" button.
This button allows you to get a preview of the dataset:

Searching for hotkey
- As soon as youControl + SpaceType on your keyboard, focus your browser directly on the search bar and you can search immediately.
- Once you have searched, you can use the up and down arrow keys to navigate through the results.
- Once you have focused a search result, you can open it with the enter key.
