The Word Editor

By default, you can write your procedures and policies with the WYSIWYG editor. Although this editor is very complete, it is an HTML editor that Word does not understand. So when you copy and paste from Word, many different style issues can occur. This is because there are many versions of Word in many different types of encoding. This makes understanding it properly and then converting it to HTML a very difficult task.

To resolve this, we have integrated a full Word editor that can be used within the platform and understands Word documents very well.

Activate the Word Editor

To activate the Word editor, go to the Institution page, click Manuals, and then activate the Word editor.



As soon as you go to a fill-in page and hover over the text plane, you will see the following:


When you click on this, the new Word editor opens:


At the bottom of the editor is a button to make the editor work full-screen:

Whether your full-screen works is remembered locally as a preference.

Using the Word Editor

This new word editor contains almost all the functionalities of the WYSIWYG editor and more.
