As soon as your RASCI activates, you can indicate who is responsible for each page.
As soon as the last published page version is one year old, this person or these people will receive a reminder.
They will be asked whether the page version is still correct or if it needs to be changed.
As soon as you click on this notification, it will take you to the relevant page, where you can indicate that the page version is still correct and can last another year, or that it is outdated and therefore needs to be updated.

As soon as you indicate that the page version is still up to date, this will be saved in the timeline of the page version, so that afterwards you can always see who approved the page version for the following year.
The notification disappears and a year later a new notification will be issued.
If the user indicates that the page version is out of date, this is first saved in the timeline. In addition, a new page version will immediately be created in which the outdated text can be improved.
As a result, documentation is kept up to date and as close to practice as possible.
