ISO2HANDLE can of course be used via your PC and/or laptop. It can be used via any modern browser (Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge etc). It is also easy to use on a tablet and / or on mobile phone.
ISO2HANDLE is not a native app as you find it in the various app stores but a web app that you can add to your homescreen by going to your ISO2HANDLE environment.
How to do this can be found in this article:https://www.howtogeek.com/196087/how-to-add-websites-to-the-home-screen-on-any-smartphone-or-tablet/
The app is not a fully offline usable app but does a number of smart things to make this easier.
As soon as you fill out a form, start a filling-in session. A copy of this fill-in session is stored locally on your device while you fill in the answers.
This is useful when your mobile phone fails halfway through filling in because, for example, it is empty or because your browser stops. When you recharge your phone, start it and open the form again, you will automatically find your last completed session (with associated data).
You can also empty a fill-in session byEraserClick on the fill in tab.
In addition, ISO2HANDLE also monitors your internet connection. As soon as ISO2HANDLE sees that you no longer have an internet connection, you will see a pop-up:
This pop-up remembers what you wanted to send, wait until you have internet again and then send it. This allows you to open a form when you have internet, fill it out (even if you no longer have internet) and send it when you have internet again.
If you try to send your answers too early, you will see the pop-up above and send the data as soon as it is connected to the internet again.
