Create form registration overviews

Create form registration overviews

When a form is filled out, a registration is created. These registrations appear under the results tab where they can be filtered, sorted and analyzed.
In some cases, registrations are subsequently supplemented by other employees or serve as a tribal table for other forms. You can read how to filter, sort and create overviews of registrations in this article.

Sort registrations

When you open the registrations tab you will see an overview of the registrations:

By default, these are sorted by date of add with the latest registration at the top.
You can change this by clicking on one of the headers. In this case, for example,Leader:

If you click on this a second time, it will sort the other way around.
If you click on it a third time, the sorting will go away.
If you hold down and click the command or control key, you can set multiple sortings at once:

Notes
Note: The sorting you set will be remembered as a personal preference. So if you come back later in this form, the results are sorted as you left them.

Hide registration columns

In some cases, you don't want to see all the columns of a form. First of all, you can use thisHide on the results tab while buildingof the form. In that case, those fields are never visible in the results overview. But it may also be the case that they must be visible, but that you do not have to see them personally. In that case you can click on the rightColumnsAnd then turn columns on or off:

Notes
Note: The visibility of columns you set is remembered as a personal preference. So if you come back to this form later, the columns will be visible as you last set them.

Sort registration columns

If you have made your overview, you may prefer to sort the columns differently. You can do this by dragging the header of the column. This allows you to move columns to the place you want:

Notes
Note: The order of columns you set is remembered as a personal preference. So if you come back to this form later, the columns are sorted as you last set them.

Creating more space

You can specify at the bottom how many registrations you want to see per page. If there are quite a lot, you may have to scroll and therefore you can not see them all at once. You can therefore increase the overview at the bottom right of the diagonal dashes by dragging it down:

Search for registrations

You can also search through the registration information. While searching, he searches through every cell of the overview. You can do this by typing in the search bar:
